Personal Assistant to CEO
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Personal Assistant to CEO, Brad Gruno. This position will provide support to CEO in all areas of personal organization, business organization, scheduling and bookings of calendar, and any other personal issues that may arise.
Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Heavy calendar management. Assistant must be a whiz at keeping the client on schedule.
+ Booking domestic and international travel plans.
+ Weekly organization of CEO’s personal home packing and unpacking for business trips and basic life organization of CEO.
+ Must be able to interact with all levels of staff seamlessly.
+ Candidate must be unflappable and be able to work under pressure with grace.
+ Correspondence: answering emails and phone calls with the highest level of professional business acumen.
+ Tech savvy an absolute MUST. Must be proficient with modern technology, which includes iPhone, iPad, Macbook, iCloud, iPhoto, PhotoStream, and Dropbox. Also must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Mail.
+ Ability to navigate Facebook, Instagram, and other social media outlets.
+ Note taking: Be adept at taking notes in meetings, conference calls, and while with CEO.
+ Must be extremely detail-oriented and have impeccable follow-up skills.
+ Project Management: juggling tasks, research, and record keeping. Editing and grammar skills are an absolute must.
+ Must be dependable and trustworthy, as assistant will have access to highly sensitive documents.
+ Should be forward-thinking and have the ability to “take the bull by the horns” and save the day (be a problem solver)!
+ Must maintain a very positive attitude and be constantly aware that you represent the CEO and the company.
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
+ Knowledge and passion of a healthy lifestyle is a must
+ Knowledge of raw foods and plant based lifestyle is very important
+ Photography skills are necessary
+ Have a passion for a grassroots/start-up company and be able to devote your professional life to its growth
