The Nourished Community Team Member
Lauren is part of The Nourished Community team, and works to help educate people on how to fuel their bodies with nutrition as a means to function at their highest potential. When not discovering new smoothie combinations, you can find her wearing obscenely bright colors while biking, hiking, or singing in urdhva dhanurasana. She is currently working towards her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha/Vinyasa yoga.
