The following as an example timeline of what a typical day with Brad might be like during the first month of the Raw Transformational Lifestyle Coaching program with Brad.
Early Morning

- Wake up when the sun rises to get a jump-start on the day.
- Morning exercise routine – stretching, jogging, etc.
- Prepare a green smoothie and some green tea for breakfast.
Morning/Afternoon

- Break period. You will have time during the morning/afternoon that you can use as personal time, whether you need to go to work or run some errands. Lunch with Brad during the afternoon might be included if there is time to fit it in.
Late Afternoon/Early Evening

- Dinner preparation at home or dinner out at an acceptable restaurant, depending on what is available in your area.
- Evening activities might include: Meeting and interacting with local raw foodies; attending raw food Meetup groups, events, or fitness classes; shopping for ingredients to buy for meal preparations; etc.
- Light yoga, stretching, and reflection before turning in for the evening.
Participants are encouraged to keep a daily journal to track improvement, goals, and milestones; log any questions or concerns to be addressed; and writing down any recipes, tips, or new information that was learned during the day.
