StRAWberry Ice cream

In honor of National Strawberry Ice cream day 2012, here's our recipe for StRAWberry Ice Cream!


 

1 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup of nut milk (preferably cashew)

Blend both in a high speed blender and enjoy! 

If you do not have a high speed blender, add nut milk at the same time as the frozen fruit. or use a food processor. Put into the freezer if needed to make it solid.
